In some of the pages, e.g. Forums, I lose the left hand-menu so can't easily get back to the other Support site menu headings.

--- Reply -----------------------------------------
The Forum module takes up the full width of the page so unfortunately there is no lefthand menu visible. Instead, there is a breadcrumb trail menu just under the Forum header. You can return to the Imperial College project portal home-page by using this navigation link.

There isn't a section to post a comment on the Forums page so I am entering it here instead:
The forums page works for making suggestions which the whole EventMap customer community could contribute to but it doesn't really work for raising support calls. i.e. there isn't a severity, category, generated ID, etc.

--- Reply -------------------------------------------------
Viewing the Forum within the ICL support site is restricted to users within the ICL membership groups rather than the whole EventMap community.

The Forum is one method of making requests and raising issues but you can also contact us directly by email or phone.

EventMap have a support issue and bug tracking system which is used internally. At the minute clients do not have direct access to this system but we will look into providing this type of issue tracking system directly to clients in the near future.

Where can I submit a new bug or enhancement request and view the progress of other Imeprial requests raised?

--- Reply ----------------------------------------
You can submit a new bug or enhancement request through the website using either the Forum or via the Support > Contact Us form. The website portal is used to enhance our support so also feel free to contact us directly via phone or email.

Can we restrict which of our users of this support site will get access to which tabs? i.e. We might not want all users who can access this site to be able to download software.

---- Reply ---------------------------------------------------------
It is possible to restrict access to subsections e.g. downloads. We can setup subgroups of users and allocate permissions to subsections of the support site based on membership of these subgroups.

Will we only be able to download the current release? What if we need to re-install a previous release if not on the current release in Production?

Also what about other software which we might need to download such as the Editor or other Optime software?

--- Reply ---------------------------------
Access to previous releases and other software can be provided as links in the software section of the project portal site.

How would we contact you to add more usernames and passwords? Is there a link on this site?

---- Reply --------------------------------------------
Please contact us by email, phone or via the Support > Contact Us form on the website to request more usernames and passwords. We will hope to have a direct online method of requesting this available in the near future.
