Our latest development is Portal – a flexible way for academic staff and students to access and interact with their institution’s EventMAP deployment from anywhere and on any standard web or mobile device.

The EventMAP team will work with your institution in the deployment of Portal within your current intranet infrastructure. Access will be made available to staff and students for the purpose of viewing course, exam and room timetables.
 
Interaction with the timetable will be made possible i.e:

  • Update designated information relating to courses, exams and rooms
  • Gathering staff preferences for teaching patterns
  • Booking of rooms made availably centrally
  • Feedback of suitability of teaching space for curriculum needs
  • Gathering of utilisation levels

Last minute changes to the timetable can be broadcast to the individuals involved, ensuring everyone knows well in advance where they need to be.
