Understanding and linking effective resource management with the demands of resource planning is central to EVENTMAP's whole model approach. Our team will help your organisation each step of the way to ensure effective management and planning is in your hands. Our consultancy service is delivered as part of an overall solution in terms of questions addressed, the required process and the final delivered product. The approach can be divided into three areas: Automation in Practice, Timetable Scenario Analysis and Strategic Resource Modelling. These are detailed below.

Automation in Practice

This is achieved through a modelling process involving sensitivity analysis on your institution's key resource drivers (KRDs). This can be part of an institutional reorganisation or part of a new build project.

Process: Understanding strategic need, discussions with stakeholders, engaging international benchmark standards, validating through timetabling, explaining, presenting, reporting
