Limited aim to improve your organisation through managed optimisation. This process is a combination of identification of opportunities, problem and solution modeling, advice on institutional procedures and managed integration of software i.e.

    The Company helps identify what the problems/opportunities are and how best to address them in terms of goals, procedures, techniques and timeline.

    The problem(s) and potential solution(s) are modeled to ensure a full understanding is gained of requirements and possibilities.

    Automation, where appropriate, is developed to ensure a balance is achieved between efficiency increase and software implementation. A scheduling engine is integrated into the solution provision. Currently, the company provide the for the purpose of institutional timetabling.

    The software aspect of the solution is introduced to combine information, data, automation and output. This stage caters for the Management Information System (MIS) aspect of the solution provision and may involve linkages with existing institutional data sources.

    The overall solution is implemented with help from the team.

    The prescribed solution is monitored to ensure the potential efficiency gain is realised.

As an example of monitoring the solution, the team currently ask users, on a yearly basis, to provide datasets and details of institutional goals. This information is analysed to ensure that the best solution is being gained from the adopted approach.
