EventMAP's optimeEnvironment provides a suite of software tools powered by the Optime Scheduling Engine™. These tools are deployed within EventMAP's optimisation in practice methology. User based software forms an important componant of many implementations. As well as licencing the Optime Scheduling Engine™ as a Business to Business (B2B) solution, EventMAP Limited provides the following software products.
optimeExam is used to centrally organise and manage the examination process. It is currently used by organisations in the UK, France, Portugal, Malaysia, Australia and China. In addition, consultancy has been provided to institutions from America, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East relating to how the examination session should be modeled e.g. duration, structure and required space.
optimeEvent is deployed within the course timetabling implementation process. It is used to centrally organise and manage the institutional course timetabling process. It is currently used by a number of UK institutions who have centralised timetabling procedures.
optimeResource is a Strategic Modeling Environment. It is principally used as a modeling tool to allow an Institution within the planning process e.g. to understand what is possible in relation to curriculum delivery within given resources. Consultancy on this issue has been supplied mainly within the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia and the Middle East. This environment is used as a lead into implementations of course timetabling solutions.
optimeAudit is a tool for analysing projected and actual space utilisation. In combination with a space audit methodology, the software is able to report on all aspects of existing and potential space usage. Re designation and remodeling scenarios are presented with the goal of making most effective use of space.
